I have always been an active person.
As a kid I played competitive softball then discovered running and strength training as an adult. But I will admit I was an anti-stretcher!
Then my 40s hit with a vengeance. All the years of being active and not stretching caught up to me! I also had the worst possible ergonomic set up during COVID when my insurance job moved to work from home.
I woke up one morning with extreme low back pain and found myself dealing with SI joint pain for over a year and a half.
I tried all different types of modalities to help with the pain but nothing eliminated it.
A friend of mine shared her Thai massage experience on social media so I decided to give it a try. At this point I had nothing to lose.
It was a completely different experience
from any treatment I had ever received but was very effective. After 5 treatments, I had no pain for the first time in a year and a half. Now I will admit I also started stretching on my own between Thai
massages.
After seeing what it did for me, I made the decision to become a certified Thai massage practitioner in 2022. And it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have been able to meet and help people from all different walks of life and people
from ages 10 to 75.
In April 2025, I made the scary decision to go all in and quit my full time insurance job to pursue my passion.
I look forward to continuing to grow as a practitioner and to help people find balance and increase flexibility and mobility in their bodies.

At The Stretch Collective, I am dedicated to helping people improve mobility and restore balance in the body.
My goal is to provide each client with a customized experience regardless if it’s your first time or if you are a returning client.
I love helping empower my clients to invest in their health and long term wellness.

Thai massage is a practice that blends deep stretching, acupressure and rhythmic movements to restore balance and mobility in the body. Unlike traditional massage, Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor with the client fully clothed.
The practitioner uses hands, thumbs, elbows, knees and yes even feet to apply pressure along energy lines while guiding the client through a variety yoga-like stretches to help release muscle tension and stiffness, improve circulation and flexibility, increase energy flow and mobility as well as reduce stress and promote relaxation.
